Meet the Speaker

Johnson “Jon” Lim

Senior Technology Executive

Jon Lim is a technology executive whose independent advocacy for responsible fintech practices helped drive national reform in 2025. Through a five-month civic campaign—the first of its kind on LinkedIn Philippines—he revealed how gambling had quietly entered mainstream e-wallets in the Philippines, platforms trusted by 94 million Filipinos under the banner of financial inclusion. The campaign drew the attention of regulators, Congress, public, and fintech firms, leading to industry changes.

His work is currently shortlisted at The Drum Awards for Purpose-Driven Advocacy. His story isn’t about technology or finance. It’s about how one person’s voice can spark change.
